Field Medical Battalion
The Field Medical Battalion (FMB) is a unit within the Royal Medical Services and the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF), responsible for providing comprehensive medical support to all BDF units to ensure personnel health and readiness. It is structured into several specialized departments:
Medical Companies: Provide essential medical care to BDF personnel.
Aviation Medicine Center: Specializes in aviation medicine for Royal Bahrain Air Force (RBAF) personnel.
Naval Medical Center: Offers specialized care for Royal Bahrain Naval Force (RBNF) personnel.
Medical Clinics: Deliver healthcare services across various BDF units.
Preventive Health Center: Ensures adherence to health and safety protocols.
Recruitment Examination Center: Conducts medical screenings for new recruits at the BDF Training Center.
