Dr. Ghada Yousif Al Binali is a Consultant Ophthalmologist with 22 years of dedicated service at the Military Hospital, Royal Medical Services. She graduated from Cairo University, Egypt, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science. Her commitment to advancing her knowledge in ophthalmology is reflected in her completion of the Basic and Clinical Sciences Assessment from the International Council of Ophthalmology between 2003 and 2005. Dr. Ghada pursued further specialization, joining the Saudi Board and King Saud University Board of Ophthalmology in 2007. Her impressive educational background includes multiple prestigious fellowships, including Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (2008), Combined Fellowship from King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital, King Saud University Hospital, and the Saudi Board (2009),Fellowship in Uveitis, Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery (2009).

Expertise in Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL), corneal rings, cross- linking, corneal transplants, and cataract surgery.

Dr. Ghada is renowned for her use of cutting- edge technology and techniques in ophthalmology, which have positioned her as a pioneer in Bahrain.

Among her groundbreaking achievements are being the first to perform several advanced procedures, including the Allograft Stem Cell Transplant (2017) and the Lamellar Corneal Transplant (2013). She also led the adoption of the Femto LASIK Smile Procedure (2016), and pioneered the Construction of Traumatic Anterior Segment (AS). To ensure precision, Dr. Ghada utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, such as the Visumax Femtosecond Laser, Gold Centurion Phaco Machine, and the Zeiss Lumera I Microscope, optimizing treatment outcomes for her patients.
