Prof. Hosni Malas is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London, UK, and a Clinical Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland-Bahrain. He is also a Consultant and the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at King Hamad University Hospital, RMS as well as the IVF Center Prof. Hosni is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist with a subspecialty in Reproductive Medicine and IVF. He has over 40 years of experience in the field, primarily in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and the Kingdom of Bahrain Prof. Hosni joined KHUH at its inception in 2011 and played a pivotal role in establishing both the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the IVF Center. These departments have since been accredited by the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) and Joint Commission International (JCI).

He provides inpatient and outpatient care at KHUH, performing surgeries for highly complex gynecological cases. In his clinic, he closely monitors maternal and fetal health using ultrasound and fetal Doppler technologies. He is also proficient in office and outpatient hysteroscopy and employs advanced gynecological ultrasound techniques to ensure early and accurate diagnosis, enhancing outcomes for both mother and baby.
