Prof. Tarkan Yetisyigi is a renowned Professor of Medical Oncology and the Acting Head of the Department of Medical Oncology at the Bahrain Oncology Center. With over 15 years of distinguished experience in Medical Oncology, Prof. Tarkan has developed a profound expertise in the latest advancements in cancer treatment and research. Since 2019, he has been serving at the Bahrain Oncology Center, where he is dedicated to advancing patient care and oncology education. Doctorate in Tumor Biology and Immunology (2023): A testament to his dedication to understanding the complex interplay between tumors and the immune system. European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) Board Certified (2022): Demonstrates his alignment with the highest standards of oncology practice across Europe.
