Dr. Maha Al Sendi is a highly skilled Medical Oncologist with a special focus on breast cancer and gynecological malignancies.She currently serves as the Head of the Training Department at the Bahrain Oncology Centre. Dr. Maha has over 16 years of experience in Internal Medicine, holds the Arab Board certification, and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians. Her qualifications include a Master’s in Cancer Therapeutics from Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical and Translational Research from University College Dublin, and further sub-specialization in Breast Cancer from Ulm University and Gynecological Advanced Studies from Università della Svizzera italiana. She is also a member of the European Society of Medical Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and a Fellow of the European School of Oncology.
