Knock on the door and ask permission before entering patient's room.
Speak calmly and avoid actions that may disturb the patient, or other patients, or the staff at Military Hospital.
Do not sit on the patient's bed or touch any of the equipment in the patient's room.
Bringing in food and beverage from outside is prohibited unless the supervising physician has given a prior permission.
Maintain sterilization and wear personal protective equipment when requested by the medical team and follow the educational instructions posted on the patient room door.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all patients staying at Military Hospital.
If you have any questions about any matter at Military Hospital, please inform the Hospital staff so they may assist you properly.
Please note that updates on the patient’s condition will be given during the doctor’s daily morning rounds, and that no confidential information about the patient will be shared over the phone. Inform the nursing supervisor that you would like to talk with a specialist and provide the names of two family members.

Visiting hours for Patient wards
Daily, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Number of Visitors
To ensure the safety of patients, it is prohibited for more than two visitors to enter at the same time during the visit.
Registration of Companions
Those who wish to stay with the patient in the ward must register their information at the nursing office upon their arrival to the relevant ward (allowed number: one companion only).
Visiting Children
For the safety of your children, it is not recommended for children who are under the age of 14 years to visit patinets.
Seasonal Infection
If you have a seasonal disease, please avoid visiting admitted people.
Infection Transmission
To prevent transmission, wash your hands with soap and water frequently and use hand sanitizer before and after the visit.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited at Military Hospital, and it is not allowed to bring or use any form of tobacco,including electronic cigarettes.
Photography, Video Recording, and Voice Recording
Are forbidden as per Military Hospital rules and policy.
