The Royal Medical Services – King Hamad University Hospital organized an awareness campaign to mark World Natural Birth and Caesarean Section Awareness Day. The event was attended by His Excellency Col. Dr. Sheikh Salman bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Commander of the Hospital, and featured the participation of medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
The campaign aimed to enhance community awareness about natural and caesarean births by highlighting the medical indications for each, and explaining the key differences between the two approaches in terms of procedures, potential complications, and recovery. It emphasized the importance of making informed decisions based on thorough medical evaluations.
