World Obesity Day
RMS marked World Obesity Day with education sessions promoting lifestyle changes, nutrition awareness, and fitness engagement to reduce health risks linked to obesity.

In observance of World Obesity Day on 4th March, the Primary Care Department at the Royal Medical Services Clinics organized an awareness campaign, attended by Brig. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed, Technical Assistant to the Commander of the Royal Medical Services and Brig. Gen. Khalid Albuainain, Administrative Assistant to the Commander of the Royal Medical Services with participation from the Physiotherapy and Nutrition Department.
The initiative sought to educate the public on the health risks associated with obesity, offering expert guidance on fitness and nutrition to encourage healthier lifestyle choices.
