Royal decree promotes RMS Commander to rank of Major General.
A Royal Decree promoted Brig. Gen. Dr. Shaikh Fahad to Major General, recognizing his leadership and contributions to advancing military healthcare within the Royal Medical Services.
On the occasion of the Royal Decree issued by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, promoting His Excellency Brig. Gen. Dr. Shaikh Fahad bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Medical Services, to the rank of Major General, in recognition of his distinguished efforts and notable contributions to the advancement of military healthcare services.
